It’s only March and we have already completed the tenth home this year. We are happy to provide a new home for this family with seven children, as before they were living under tarps on the ground. In two weeks, they are in a raised, secure house safe from flooding and animals.
School in Kampong Thom

KARC has built their first school building in Kampong Thom province! Begun in mid February, it was finished on March 3, 2017. The 50 kindergarten students and teacher were delighted to start using it immediately. Their first classroom was an old tarp on the ground, often hot and unprotected from the rainy season.
Wheelchair Delivered to a Gleeful Boy

KARC delivered a wheelchair to this boy. He had spent most of his life lying on a table at his family’s home. He was so excited, anticipating our morning delivery, the family said he did not sleep at all. Days like this makes the 6-hour tuk-tuk rides worth it!
