Jenna and Jenny were the inspiration for KARC, who first stirred Bart’s heart to take action against the poverty he saw Cambodian children suffering within. KARC placed them in temporary housing until finding the best solution for their situation. Being orphans, they were decidely placed at CIO and checked regularly by KARC staff. We are happy to report 
they are growing, happy and enjoying their loving home.
